Great Places to stay for a week, weekend, month or just for a fun weekend romantic getaways

All of our properties are cleaned after every rental (vacuming, counters/floors scrubbed with Mr. Clean, sheets washed and replaced). We pride ourselves on having clean properties, and when you rent with us once you will see, our properties smell clean, and are like home. We use professional cleaners.

Located on a quiet, one way street, our units feature a large yard where you can forget all your work and home issues, a neighbourhood where you can relax, smell the fresh non-city air, gaze at the stars at night and have a great family vacation.



Cottage A

3 bedroom totally modern property with all amenities, A/C and fireplace. Great for 5 persons.

Cottage B

Currently rented year round. Close to Cottage A


Please note units A and B are separate units, but 10 feet away from each other.

  • Limited amount of toiletries provided just for arrival (toilet paper)
  • Shared yard area and outside swing chair

Week Rentals

Saturday - Saturday is our standard 1 week rental days. Our check in is usually 12.30 pm + - or 1pm. Check out is 10am. We also do Sunday to Saturday 1 week rentals, or Saturday to Sunday rentals. Inquire for cost.

Weekend Rentals

Check in Fri 7pm or 8pm. Check out Sunday 10am

Minimum is a weekend stay

During the busy summer months we do not do mid week rentals on days other than a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If you wish to rent more than 2 weeks, please ask for a quote.

If you require a different arrival or departure time, please ask but the times shown are our standard times for all bookings.

Cottage A

This cozy 3 bedroom 700+ sq.ft., modernized unit has a gas fireplace, A/C, three double beds and a double sized sofa-bed, its own BBQ, outside seating area, its own washer/dryer. Our kitchen is fully functional with all amenities provided, and this unit features a bathroom with toilet sink and a shower, no tub, washroom.

Smoking is only permitted outside the cottage.The beach is very close, only a 8 to 10 minute walk, or less than a 1 minute car drive. This cottage has its own private yard.

We also provide SHORT TERM RENTALS if you need a place to stay for 1 or more months. Please send us an email noting the time period you need, then we can send you an all inclusive quote


Booking Details

Rental Period - If Includes Holidays

1. All renters must complete a Rental Agreement form.

2. Full payment is required at the same time you provide us the rental agreement.

E-Money transfer

Square Register Secured Payment Processing if you wish to pay by VISA, M/C or Amex. NO personal checks, or any other forms of payment are accepted.

Renters must pay a key return and damage deposit upon arrival, in cash. A receipt will be provided. Upon your departure your deposit is returned to you pending property review and no damage. All non-Canadian residents renting must provide copy of drivers license upon rental form submission.

Smoking, drugs, and ANY illegal activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Smoking is permitted outside.

We have zero tolerance for noise after 11pm.

We have zero tolerance for any abuse of the premises, drug use, or over capacity of the rental property.
